THE EFFECT OF FAMILY HARMONY AND SCHOOL ENVIRONMENT ON STUDENTS’ LEARNING OUTCOMES IN MATHEMATICS SUBJECT

This study aimed to determine the effect of family harmony and school environment on students learning outcomes in mathematics for grade VII SMP Negeri 2 Tinambung. research is an ex post facto research, causal-comparative with a sample 70 selected using probability sampling (proportionate stratified random sampling). The data collection techniques used questionnaire, test. analysis use descriptive inferential statistical analysis. results this are (1) has positive significant student mathematics, (2) (3) together have mathematics. recommendation create good support process. Also, efforts should be made harmonize families by conducting joint activities all members, love each other, peaceful home atmosphere, build open interaction communication between members so that it possible children get atmosphere order achieve better outcomes.
